Well, if you go to a restaurant and receive bad service, are you more or less likely to return to that establishment? If the airline you're flying loses your bag while traveling home for the holidays, are you more or less likely to fly that airline again? The feedback that our members can provide is invaluable to a Gym Operator's ability to cultivate the best possible experience for its members. and ...
