View in browser | | Dear , “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”. After two long years, we were finally riding together for Face of America in October. Over 300 riders, including almost 100 adaptive athletes, joined up for our 112-mile journey over two days up to Gettysburg, PA from Arlington, Virginia. Our participants and donors really made an impact, raising over $600,000 to support our organization, advancing our mission after a challenging period. We are so grateful to all of you that volunteered, rode, donated, and supported from afar! Our mission of inclusive athletic programs for adaptive and able-bodied athletes will continue into 2022 with more programs. We are actively working on plans and options as they come together. As many of you have seen already, our Face of America cycling challenge to Gettysburg will be on April 22-24, 2022. Please join us! If you have not already done so, please consider supporting World TEAM with a year end donation to help the organization going into the new year. On behalf of our TEAM, our Board, and our participants - thank you. Best wishes to you and your loved ones for a wonderful holiday season and a healthy and happy 2022!
