By Bob Warren Triple killing: Three people were shot to death overnight in Gentilly, police say. The shooting was reported at 3 a.m. Monday. Here’s the latest. And please check back with NOLA.com for more throughout the day. The triple killing comes a day after a bartender at Cat’s Meow on Bourbon Street was shot to death. The bartender was hit by a bullet fired by someone on the street outside the popular club, police said. Vax proof/test mandate ends: Some big news coming out of New Orleans City Hall today as well. The city is relaxing its vaccine-or-show-a-negative COVID test mandate. It marks a “critical and welcome milestone,” Mayor LaToya Cantrell says.
