President Donald Trump has issued executive orders that partially restore enhanced unemployment benefits, that temporarily halt collection of payroll taxes, that further defer student-loan payments and that discourage eviction from federally funded housing. Survey: Job candidates want salary range in job ad An iHire survey found 77.1% of hiring managers are struggling to find qualified talent in 2020, though passive hiring and job seeking have increased since 2019 from 9.8% to 13.9% and 11.1% to 17.4%, respectively.
