Hi John, Vodafone Australia has finally been bitten by the NBN bug and announced that it will follow the example of its Kiwi counterpart and offer homes and businesses a fixed broadband service before the end of 2017 to complement its mobile network.
The Australian Bureau of Statistics has told a Senate estimates hearing that only 58% of households — 4.9 million — completed this year's census online, lower than what was expected. Successive governments have been earning plenty from the fees paid by those who want to access material from the ASIC corporate database but have not bothered to update the technology used to run the database. MYOB says it has migrated the Azure part of its AccountRight accounting system from Singapore to Australia with no interruption to the service. Vodafone has been doing a lot of NB-IoT work, from the Internet of Hidden Things through to world first live trials, a Q1 2017 Euro launch and plenty more, according to a new Analysis Mason report.
