| Columbia airport development targets e-commerce market Columbia Metropolitan Airport is working with Magnus Development Partners to develop 500 acres of airport property by offering spec and build-to-suit properties for warehouse, distribution, logistics or office needs. Airport Executive Director Michael Gula said the location makes logistical sense for companies such as Amazon, Nephron, Husqvarna and FN Manufacturing, all of which have area presences. Helping Out Lowcountry Food Bank has received a grant from the Jean Griswold Foundation, an affiliate of Griswold Home Care, to support the food bank’s work fighting hunger throughout the state’s 10 coastal counties. |
