Downtown Lafayette's Wurst Biergarten, which has been closed since October and is currently undergoing about $40,000 in renovations, could be replaced with a boutique hotel, luxury apartments or a mixed-use development in the coming years. That's the vision real estate agent Bobbi Pearce Comeaux and property owner Robert Guercio have for the 6,720-square-foot Jefferson Street location, which will be listed for sale in mid-May.
