Analysen | Spannung vor erster EZB-Sitzung unter Lagarde Hannover (www.anleihencheck.de) - Die Konjunktur in der Eurozone hat sich im dritten Quartal etwas stabiler gehalten als befürchtet, so Christian Lips, Chefvolkswirt bei NORD/LB. Das reale BIP habe im Sommer wie schon in der Vorperiode saison- und kalenderbereinigt um 0,2% gegenüber dem Vorquartal zugelegt. Die Jahresrate habe unverändert bei 1,2% Y/Y verharrt. Vor allem der Konsum und die Nettoexporte dürften im letzten Quartal stabilisierend gewirkt haben. Genaue Angaben zu den Verwendungskomponenten würden hierzu von Eurostat in der ersten Dezemberwoche veröffentlicht. In der Länderaufteilung habe sich das Bild der vergangenen Quartale wiederholt. Einem relativ soliden BIP-Wachstum in Frankreich (+0,3% Q/Q), Spanien, den Niederlanden und Belgien (je +0,4%) hätten nur marginale Zuwächse in Italien und Deutschland von jeweils +0,1% Q/Q gegenübergestanden. Immerhin habe die größte europäische Vo lkswirtschaft damit eine technische Rezession knapp vermeiden können. [mehr] |

| | | EZB-Rat dürfte vorerst in einer wait-and-see-Haltung verharren Wien (www.anleihencheck.de) - Unter der Vielzahl an Daten in den kommenden Tagen stechen die Schnellschätzungen für die Inflationsrate im Monat November hervor, so die Analysten der Raiffeisen Bank International AG. Der merklich inflationsdämpfende Effekt der Energiepreisentwicklung, welcher die Gesamtinflationsrate deutlich unter die Kernrate (Teuerung ex Energie & Lebensmittel) drücke, laufe aus. Somit liege nahe, dass sich der Abstand zwischen Gesamtrate und Kernrate im November verringert habe. Da die Analysten auch bei der Kernrate einen Anstieg erwarten würden, sollte die Teuerung im Vergleich zum Vorjahr im November einen kleinen Sprung nach oben verbuchen. Des Weiteren von Interesse seien die Ergebnisse von Konjunkturumfragen. Während die Analysten für die EU-Sentimentindikatoren (Industrie, Dienstleistung, Gesamtindex) vorsichtig gestimmt seien und unveränderte bis leicht schlechtere Zahlen erwarten würden, würden sie beim deutschen ifo Index einen deutlichen Anstieg ansetzen. News | Die Ukraine erhielt einen offiziellen Vorschlag für den weiteren Gastransit Wien (www.anleihencheck.de) - Gazprom legte einen offiziellen Vorschlag für die Verlängerung des Gastransitabkommens mit der Ukraine vor, so die Analysten der Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI). Die vorgeschlagene einjährige Laufzeit stehe nicht im Einklang mit der langfristigen Vertragspräferenz der ukrainischen Seite. Darüber hinaus würden die Bedingungen die Einstellung aller Gerichtsverfahren vorsehen, was für die ukrainische Seite unannehmbar sein dürfte. Auch die Wiederaufnahme der direkten Gaslieferungen an die Ukraine in Höhe von 15 Mrd. Kubikmetern pro Jahr werde diskutiert. Verglichen mit den Rücklieferungen aus Europa, die seit 2015 bestünden, solle die Ukraine von einem Rückgang der Gaspreise um 20 bis 25% profitieren. (CEZCP, Baa1/A-/A-), ein mehrheitlich in tschechischem Staatsbesitz befindliches vertikal integriertes Versorgungsunternehmen, kündigte eine neue, EUR denominierte, Senior unsecured Benchmark Anleihe (RegS) mit einer Laufzeit von sieben bis zehn Jahren an, so die Analysten der Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI). Die Roadshow habe am vergangenen Freitag, den 15. November 2019 begonnen. Die nächste Anleihen Tilgung iHv. EUR 750 Mio. stehe im Juni 2020 an. Das Unternehmen habe wiederholt Bedenken über die, im Verhältnis zu den Renditen am Sekundärmarkt, eher hohen Kupons geäußert, was die vorzeitige Refinanzierung unterstreiche. Die angekündigten langen Laufzeiten (7-10 Jahre) seien zu erwarten gewesen, da diese mit der langfristigen Natur der Aktiva des Unternehmens übereinstimmen würden.
