Survey findings on after-work email access A Robert Half Technology survey of 2,800 internet technology decision-makers and 2,800 office workers found that 66% of leaders could adhere to a policy that bans employee access to after-hours work emails. The survey also found that 41% of office workers did not think their manager would follow the rule, and only 46% of employees thought they could stay off their work emails after hours.
